China Inn
It's always hard finding good Chinese food. Usually the food is bland, overcooked, undercooked, or even has the wrong texture. It's not always horrible, but sometimes it's just not all that great. And this time is no exception. China Inn, which recently opened near Metro Center Mall, has your normal selection of food, some of which doesn't taste too bad.

Declining Aspens

There was an article recently that said the number of Aspens, distinctive white-barked trees, are declining rapidly since the 1960s. My first thought was that this was due to development, or even fires from the recent nearly decade-long drought. But apparently that's not the case.

Joke Of The Week
Two guys were hunting in the forest when they unexpectedly came across a very large brown bear. Immediatey, they both took off running. After a few minutes, one guy abruptly stopped running, took off his backpack, and pulled out a pair of running shoes.
The other guy saw this and was wondering what was going on. So he stopped, ran back to the first guy and asked, "Why are you putting on your running shoes? Do you really think you are going to be able to out run that bear with those?"
The other guy replied, "I don't have to out run the bear, I just have to out run YOU!"
