Our experience at Jonathan's Cork was unacceptable. The server failed to bring out ordered salads and wine prior to our meal. After multiple requests for the wine, it did not arrive until after we had finished eating our main course. The server's response was to apologize and say the restaurant is "really busy" as if that justifies poor service. We did receive free desserts for our inconvenience, but waited about 20 minutes to receive it. When the bill came, it was incorrect. We were not charged for all items ordered and were charged for items that our server said would be removed from the bill since we never received them. The food was unfortunately mediocre. The garlic mashed potatoes tasted like they had been made for lunch and reheated. Very disappointing experience; we will not return.
