I don't know what the secret to this place is; that is, the secret to having an enjoyable dining experience. Is the secret to come early in the day so the food is fresh? Is it to bring ear-plugs to drown out the sound of running children?

We arrived at about 5:00pm for an early dinner hoping that we'd beat the rush. It seems the rush starts 5:01pm, so we realized no actual advantage for our time of arrival. The food was a bit dry, and the sign said *beef* and brocolli, though that was questionable.

The place seems packed whenever I drive by, and that was verified when I went in. So what's their secret? I don't know yet, but I don't think I'll bother to find out.
