It seems just a few short months ago I was driving past this area and watched as the new complex was being developed. Restaurants in Gilbert are growing amazingly fast, as many of the locals will likely testify. It wasn't long ago when a Gilbert resident had to leave town just to eat out. And Arizona

The State of Arizona comprises the extreme south-western portion of the United States. It is bounded on the north by Utah, on the east by New Mexico, on the south by Mexico, and on the west by California and Nevada.

Mongolian Barbecue makes a nice addition to Gilbert's montage of restaurants.

Their stir fry was a little different than I frequently eat, so the taste took a little getting used to. One of my favorite features was the listing of ingredients for each create-your-own sauce and the "spiciness" levels of each ingredient. This allowed me to safely deviate from the menu to spice-up my dish.
