 Cool areas to live in Phoenix

Hi there-

I am a realtor with Prudential.

Yes, right now downtown Phoenix is building lofts, and trying to renovate and bring more life to the downtown area. You can find a bit more culture (for Phoenix) and cool historic houses.

One of my best friends moved from San Fran a few years ago. They decided they could afford so much more house for the money and moved to Scottsdale.

I know that there is a huge wedding demand in Phoenix- A photographer that I used for my wedding also did some commercial work for the Phoenix Suns and resorts. His name is Harrison Hurwitz <snip>. He may be able to answer some questions for you about the industry. I know he was a photographer in New York for awhile.... just an idea.
