Rating: 1 out of 10	I was excited about Cadillac Ranch opening, then confused on the hold up on it opening. I believe I know why now after my visit there Friday, March 14th. Me and my wife get there at 7:30 pm and there was only 1-2 couples waiting at the time. We are quoted 45 minute wait. I go off to look at the bull and I notice that there are at least 10 open tables on a Friday night, but people coming in are being quoted hour wait time?? Ridiculous. I then look at the menu and nothing special really. Not impressed and not interested in waiting a hour for something that I could get at Outback, with no wait. The staff was pretty lethargic as well. No urgency to do anything and management looked clueless. With that said, Cadillac Ranch is just another overrated joint that wishes it was in high demand, but it's not. I won't even think about going there when I'm at Tempe Marketplace in the future. I'll stick with Kabuki and Dave and Buster's.
